With clear vision and strong leadership, he brings the Liffey College team together, fostering collaboration and guiding the college towards new heights of success.

QA COORDINATOR
The QA Coordinator plays a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing the College’s quality assurance framework, ensuring compliance with QQI statutory guidelines and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This role integrates academic, operational and governance functions, providing oversight and strategic input across multiple levels of the College's structure.

The External Member of the Academic Committee provides independent academic oversight and expertise, ensuring that the College’s academic governance aligns with best practices, quality assurance and regulatory compliance. This role strengthens the academic integrity and external credibility of the institution.

DIRECTOR OF STUDIES - EFL
The Director of Studies provides academic leadership, oversees curriculum development, and ensures quality assurance across all programmes. She is available to support both staff and students from day one, welcoming newcomers and helping to put them at ease. She is available in her office to listen to anyone who may have concerns, always doing her best to provide the support they need, ensuring everyone is heard and made to feel valued. Our Director of Studies ensures she is approachable and accessible, so both students and staff can share concerns and feel supported, while maintaining high teaching standards and prioritising student needs.

ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF STUDIES - EFL / LEARNER SUPPORT OFFICER
The Assistant Director of Studies (ADOS) / Learner Support Officer plays a dual role in providing academic support and overseeing learner welfare. She supports students from induction through to successful course completion and the start of their next journey, assisting them with all aspects of their well-being. She also advises students on CV preparation, academic matters and helps them adjust to their new learning environment, ensuring they feel supported and confident throughout their studies.

The Marketing & Sales Director is responsible for the strategic planning, promotion and revenue generation of the College’s educational programmes. This role ensures the growth, sustainability and market positioning of the institution by developing and executing effective marketing, recruitment and sales strategies.

ADMINISTRATIVE / LEARNER SUPPORT OFFICER
The Administrative/Learner Support Officer provides crucial operational and learner support functions, ensuring the efficient administration of learner services, enrolments, records management and general operational tasks. This role bridges administrative efficiency with learner engagement, enhancing the overall learner experience.
